City of St. Helens Hosts Annual Community Day in the Park on June 28, 2025
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
June 13, 2025
St. Helens, Ore. – The City of St. Helens will host its annual Community Day in the Park on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at McCormick Park, located at 475 S. 18th Street, St. Helens, OR 97051. Formerly known as Citizens Day, this long-standing summer tradition is designed to foster community connection through a welcoming, family-friendly environment.
Community Day in the Park encourages attendees to step away from their devices and enjoy a day outdoors with neighbors, friends, and family. The event will feature a free barbecue lunch (while supplies last), live music by The Decades, lawn games, a Highway 30 Cruisers car show, and a variety of vendor and informational booths. Activities are designed to appeal to a wide range of ages and are free to the public.
Vendor Information
The City of St. Helens is currently accepting vendor applications for the 2025 event.
Nonprofit vendors may participate at no cost. Upon submission of the vendor application form and verification of nonprofit status, these vendors will be automatically confirmed.
For-profit vendors are welcome to participate for a $35 booth fee, which helps offset event costs and supports the continued provision of free meals and programming for attendees.
The deadline to apply as a vendor is Thursday, June 26, 2025. The vendor application form can be accessed at https://wkf.ms/433kKhw.
