Youth Summer Library Challenge
How the Youth Summer Library Challenge Works
Websites under construction. Last updated 06.04.2025.
Youth Ages Birth to 13
Beginning June 9th parents and caregivers can register their youth on Beanstack or in person at St. Helens Public Library. The program begins on June 16th. Once registered, pick up a free drawstring pack, book, bookmark, and a reading log. Beginning on June 16th start logging time spent reading and completing challenges.
Earn badges by logging the minutes you read either on Beanstack or at the Library, then pick up your badges at the Library. Every day visit the Library to spin the prize wheel to win a prize. (Only one spin per day.)
In addition to the reading log and prizes, the Library hosts family storytimes every Thursday at 11 a.m. and special programs throughout the summer. See the upcoming schedule for more details.
