The City will be accepting sealed bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the COLUMBIA BOULEVARD SIDEWALK, PROJECT NO. R-679A . Bids will be accepted by the City Administrator at St. Helens City Hall, 265 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon until 2:00 pm December 15th, 2022.
The General Character of the Work under this Contract will include the construction of approximately 1260 feet of concrete curb & gutters, sidewalk, retaining walls, curb ramps, storm drainage and the installation of a rapid flashing beacon along Columbia Blvd. Work also includes the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic control and erosion control measures, rock excavation, and the removal and replacement of existing pavement.
