CLOSURE: City Hall closed Mon., June 10, 2024 due to gas line struck in front of building
St. Helens City Hall is closed for the rest of the day (Monday, June 10, 2024) due to a gas line that was struck near the building which requires emergency repairs. City Hall staff have been evacuated from the building for safety while the repair is made. The Parks and Trails Commission meeting scheduled for today is also cancelled.
NW Natural and Columbia River Fire and Rescue are on scene coordinating repair efforts which are anticipated to take three to five hours to complete. Please observe any safety barricades put up by these agencies as repairs are made.
We anticipate being able to reopen City Hall on Tuesday, June 11, 2024. Thank you for your patience.
