Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor, and services for the 2025 STORM DRAIN CLEANING & CCTV PROJECT NO. SD-201 will be accepted by the City Administrator at St. Helens City Hall, 265 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon until 2:00 pm August 12, 2025.
The General Character of the Work under this Contract is for performing Mechanical Derooting and hydro flushing (cleaning) of approximately 1,291 feet of 15-inch storm drains concrete pipeline throughout the City of St. Helens. Additionally, the contractor shall conduct Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) inspection of the storm drain lines. The contractor will document and report findings to assess structural and maintenance needs. The primary objective is to identify blockages, defects, and maintenance priorities to inform future capital improvement planning.
