July 7th Movie in the Park
Saturday, July 7, 2018 - 9:00pm
The St. Helens Recreation Program is hosting Movie in the Park night on Saturday, July 7. We will be showing The Goonies sponsored by the St. Helens Community Credit Union. This event is subject to weather.
Come join the St. Helens community and watch The Goonies for free in Columbia View Park at the Wauna Credit Union Stage. The movie will start at dusk (around 9 p.m.). Open seating starts at 7 p.m. with activities available before the movie starts, including the This is Us St. Helens community painting project and the Arts and Cultural Commission’s Kindness Rocks painting project.
Come in costume! There will be a costume contest with prizes for the best Goonies characters. Categories are best adult, best family, and best kid.
Thanks to everyone who came to the first Movie in the Park night in June. For our July event, we will have a larger screen, better sound, and we have the key to turn the street lights off (hooray)!
