Utility Rates Open House
Thursday, December 11, 2025 - 6:30pm
The City is hosting a Utility Rate Open House presented by St. Helens Public Works and Engineering staff and Donovan Enterprises, Inc. (the City's rate consultant). The meeting will review the utility rates forecast with current and forecasted averages, review the basis for rate projections, and provide project overviews for the Reservoir Project and Wastewater Capacity Project.
A presentation will be followed by a question and answer time.
A virtual meeting option will be available. The Zoom link will be posted to this page 24 hours before the meeting.
The meeting is located in the St. Helens City Council Chambers at 265 Strand Street, St. Helens, Oregon. The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to City Hall at 503-397-6272.
