Xpress Bill Pay Not Working
We are aware that Xpress Bill Pay is currently not working. The company is aware of the issue and sent us the following message:
"Xpress Bill Pay is currently experiencing technical issues affecting our data center connection. Our technical support teams are actively working to resolve the issue and restore full service as quickly as possible.
During this outage, customers will be unable to make payments or update their account information. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for when the site will be fully operational again. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this matter."
The City of St. Helens can still accept payments in the office by check or cash only.
